Return - Exchange Policy

All items must be returned / exchanged within 60 days of purchase.

With Receipt—a full refund will be issued as long as the item has not been washed, worn, logoed, altered, or specially made.

Refunds whether cash or check, over $30.00 will be sent a refund check from the main office.

Without Receipt—No refunds, only store credit issued, with 30% taken off original price.

Wholesale Orders

We accept wholesale orders for plaid merchandise from November to January. All other items can be ordered wholesale at any time of the year. Prices and turnaround time are given prior to order being taken. Deposit of half of the order total is required to place any order. Final half to be paid upon delivery. Valid retail sales license required for wholesale pricing.

Bulk Orders

Groups and organizations are able to order higher quantities of merchandise at a 15% discount. For most items, bulk discounts start at a minimum purchase of 24 pieces.

Used Uniform Trade-In Program

We believe in the quality of our garments so much that we'll let you bring back your old school uniform for a discount off your next new item! For each used jumper, skirt, or skort, we'll give you $4.00 off another item. For each pant or short (either boys or girls) we'll give you $2.00. What a great way to dispose of the old item and get a deal on your new purchase!

Road Sales

We bring the store to you! If your school is further then 45 minutes from one of our stores, we can offer you a road sale at your school. The school sets the date and time and we'll be there, ready to unload our boxes and ring you up!
