- Return/Exchange Policy-
- IN-STORE PURCHASES
- All items must be returned / exchanged within 60 days of purchase.
- -With Receipt—a full refund will be issued as long as the item has not been washed, worn, logoed, altered, or specially made.
- -Personalized Items CANNOT be returned.
- -Refund issued in same manner as original purchase (either back to credit card or cash) However, stores do not always have cash over $30.00 and if neccessary, you will be sent a refund check from the main office.
- -Without Receipt—No refunds. Exchanges only with store manager's approval.
- ONLINE PURCHASES
- All items must be returned / exchanged within 60 days of purchase.
- -With Receipt—a full refund will be issued as long as the item has not been washed, worn, or altered in some manner.
- -Personalized Items CANNOT be returned.
- -Refund will be issued in the same manner as original purchase (either back to credit card or back to paypal account).
- -Original shipping fee will not be refunded.
- -Exchanges will not incur a second shipping charge, unless significant changes to original order are being made.
